  • When Chris (Tyler James Williams) discovers that his long-standing crush, Tasha (guest star Paige Hurd), likes "bad boys," he decides it's time to lose his "nice guy" image and win over the girl of his dreams.

Meanwhile, the entire family is thrilled when Julius (Terry Crews) is named employee of the month and wins a free dinner for the family at a fancy restaurant, but it turns out that the gift has a few unexpected restrictions.

Tichina Arnold, Tequan Richmond, Imani Hakim and Vincent Martella also star. The episode was directed by Debbie Allen and written by Aeysha Carr.

  • As an extracurricular activity, Raja (Adhir Kalyan) joins Students Against Drunk Driving and is given the job of organizing the annual event -- a fake funeral for a student who was "killed" in a drunk-driving accident. Because the chosen victim has traditionally been the school's most popular student, everyone expects Raja to select Dan Archer (guest star Jacob Blair), but Raja rebels and gives the dubious honor to Justin (Dan Byrd). When Dan Archer decides to hold his own funeral -- the "Wake at the Lake" -- Justin turns decides to go all out to attract "mourners," and the competition escalates until Justin receives a sobering reminder of what the event is really about.

Amy Pietz, Lindsey Shaw and Scott Patterson also star. Sarah Pia Anderson directed the episode written by Michael Glouberman

  • Malik (Hosea Chanchez) asks his publicist to set him up on a date with Serena Williams. Things go well between them until Serena mistreats one of Malik’s friends at a party. He considers breaking up with her, but Tasha (Wendy Raquel Robinson) asks Malik to hold off since she is trying to sign Serena as a client.

At Serena’s request, Tasha takes her to a Sunbeams meeting, where Serena is rude to everyone, causing Tasha to decide she no longer wants Serena as a client. However, Malik has decided he wants to continue dating Serena.

Malik schools Derwin (Pooch Hall) on the kind of girl he should be dating now that he’s a football star.

Meanwhile, Kelly (Brittany Daniel) sets Melanie (Tia Mowry) up on a date with a celebrity.

    Coby Bell also stars.

Salim Akil directed the episode written by Kenny Smith.
